We can’t say enough good things about TJ, Dessa, and Trinity Building Contractor as a whole. After the initial call, TJ was at our house within a week. The space we have for our two-story garage is small and awkward. In addition, our site is zoned incorrectly for what it actually is which caused numerous delays with regional building. Dessa was diligent and instrumental in working with the person assigned to our project. She put together a well thought-out, and detailed presentation which we presented to the board. We were approved the same day, and the TJ and his team started the following week. From that point on, deadlines were met like clockwork. TJ outlined schedules each week, and we were never left wondering where the crew was or if materials were on site. The team was here every day and accomplished exactly what we were told they would. We had a long delay due to availability and shipment of the windows we chose. Once they finally arrived, the team was back on schedule and our project was finished including the ground water, run-off, and drainage issues we had battled for years. Our new space is exactly what we asked for, but somehow managed to exceed our expectations. If we have another project of this magnitude, we won’t hesitate to call Trinity Building Contractor, and neither should you!

Trinity Building Contractors acted as General Contractor for the building of my home, a 2200 sq ft 2 bedroom 2&1/2 bath in Florissant CO They oversaw major aspects of the project such as concrete work, framing, carpentry and roofing. Quality finished work such as interior insulation, drywall and exterior decks was also performed by Trinity and their subcontractors The work has met high standards, been on schedule and affordable Thanks Trinity!
